American Innovation LLC is a licensed contractor based in Corona, working for homeowners across the Inland Empire and Southern California. Talk the project through, put the scope in writing, and do what the paperwork says.
Most remodeling contractors hold one licence and subcontract the rest. We hold four: general building, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and landscaping. That means the crew that opens the wall is licensed to move the drain behind it, replace the furnace in the closet next to it, and put the yard back afterwards — one contract, one point of contact, one company responsible for the result. Where a job genuinely needs a trade we are not licensed for, such as line-voltage electrical or roofing, we bring in a licensed subcontractor and tell you who is doing what.
