We size, install and replace central systems, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, and we fix the ductwork that so often is the real reason a house will not cool evenly. Scope

What the work involves

System replacement

Central AC, furnace and packaged units replaced with equipment sized from the house, not from the old nameplate. Load calculation, permit and Title 24 paperwork included.

Heat pumps and mini-splits

Ducted heat pumps for whole-house replacement, ductless mini-splits for additions, garages, ADUs and rooms the main system never reached.

Ductwork

Leaking, crushed or undersized ducts replaced or sealed, with the airflow balanced room by room. Often the cheapest big improvement in the house.

Ventilation and indoor air

Bathroom and kitchen exhaust ducted properly, whole-house fans, filtration and fresh-air intake specified for the house.

Talk it through
Tell us what you want to change. We ask the questions that decide the price before anyone comes out.

Define the scope
We measure, check what is behind the walls where we can, and put the work in writing — what is included and what is not.

Build it
A scheduled crew, a sequence you can follow, and a clean site at the end of each working day.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.

Before you call

Do you do repairs, or only replacements?

Both. If the system is worth repairing we say so and repair it. If it is not, we show you why before quoting a replacement.

Should I switch to a heat pump?

Often, but not always. It depends on your electrical panel, your ductwork and how you use the house. We price the options side by side rather than push one.

Are there rebates?

There are California and utility programmes that change often. We will tell you what we know and point you at the current programme rather than promise you a specific rebate amount.
