Plumbing is its own licence, and we hold it. That means we take plumbing jobs on their own — a whole-house repipe, a water heater, a slab leak, a sewer line — not only as part of a remodel. And when the job does turn into a remodel, the same company that opened the wall is licensed to close it.

Scope

What the work involves

Repipes and supply lines

Replacing galvanised or failing copper with PEX or new copper, whole house or one run at a time, with walls patched and painted afterwards under the same contract.

Water heaters

Tank and tankless replacement, gas or electric, sized for the household, with the venting, gas line, seismic strapping and permit handled.

Drains, sewer and slab leaks

Camera inspection, clearing, spot repair or full sewer line replacement. Slab leaks located and rerouted rather than guessed at.

Fixtures and gas

Faucets, toilets, showers, disposals, pot fillers, hose bibs and gas lines to ranges, dryers, barbecues and fire pits.

From first call to final walkthrough

Talk it through
Tell us what you want to change. We ask the questions that decide the price before anyone comes out.

Define the scope
We measure, check what is behind the walls where we can, and put the work in writing — what is included and what is not.

Build it
A scheduled crew, a sequence you can follow, and a clean site at the end of each working day.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.

Questions

Before you call

Do you take small plumbing jobs?

Yes. A water heater or a leaking valve is a normal job for us, not a favour. Tell us what is going on and we will tell you whether it needs a visit or a phone answer.

Is a repipe disruptive?

It means opening walls, so yes for a few days. We tell you which walls and how long the water is off, and the patching and paint are in the price.

Do you pull permits for water heaters and repipes?

Yes. Both require a permit in California, and an unpermitted water heater is the kind of thing that surfaces at resale.
