Bathroom Remodeling
Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot underneath them. Most of the cost, and most of the risk, sits in what you cannot see once it is finished: the drain, the supply lines, the waterproofing, slope, backing and ventilation. We are licensed for the plumbing as well as the build, so the rough-in and the finish are the same crew and the same responsibility.
Scope
What the work involves
Tub, shower and pan
Tub-to-shower conversions, replacement pans, curbless entries where the framing allows it. Waterproofing is inspected before any tile goes on.
Plumbing rough-in and fixtures
Relocating the drain, replacing galvanised supply lines, valves, shower systems and fixtures — done under our own C-36 licence rather than by a subcontractor you never meet.
Tile and stone
Floors, surrounds and niches, set with the layout planned so cuts land where they are least visible.
Ventilation and moisture
Extraction sized for the room and ducted to the outside. An under-ventilated bathroom is what brings mould back two years after a remodel.

Before you call
How long is the bathroom out of service?
It depends on scope and inspection timing. We give you a working range at the estimate and tell you as soon as it changes.
Can you convert a tub to a walk-in shower?
Often yes. The limits are the drain location and the framing, both of which we check on site before quoting.
What if there is water damage behind the wall?
We stop and show you. Hidden damage is priced as a change order with the reason explained — never absorbed silently into the schedule.
